 The Mind over Body Weight Management programme is designed to help you achieve long term, meaningful and sustainable results. The programme takes a holistic approach looking at you through the “WHOLE HEALTH MODEL”.  In order to achieve long term results and make changes that will give you a healthy lifestyle, we will look at the four areas of Physical, Emotional, Environmental and Mental aspects of your life.

Each area of the model influences your eating and exercise behaviour and therefore your lifestyle.

As the 4 components are connected, having difficulties in one area usually leads to difficulties in the other areas too. On the other hand, improving in one area of the model can also lead to improvement in other areas. The programme will enable you to thrive and find balance in all areas of your life and help you find solutions to problems, thinking errors, emotions and unhelpful behaviours.

At the end of the day, it is not just all about the number on the scales, the number of times you have been in the gym, BMI and carbs or no carbs. It is about helping you live life to the fullest and help you find a way that works for you to help you achieve your goals.


Here is an example how the 4 components of “Whole Health Model” are working together:

 Let’s look at Jane, who has a very stressful job and works long hours and has to juggle a busy home life with a busy work life.

As a result, Jane’s emotional health may be suffering through heightened anxiety and stress. In addition, Jane does not have any time to engage in any exercise or focus on healthy eating. This leads to poor physical health. Mental health could be further affected by unhelpful thinking, such as “I have to get everything done today or I will lose my job”. As a result, the home and work environment will be out of balance.

As you can see, all 4 areas of the “WHOLE HEALTH MODEL” are connected and need to be looked at in order to give you a healthy lifestyle and make lasting changes.

The Mind over Body programme will help you connect the 4 areas of your whole health, which will give you balance and help you achieve your healthy lifestyle and weight loss goals.
