My own incredible weight-loss journey combined with my studies in psychology gives me the insight and understanding of what is going on for you as you are struggling to sustain a healthy eating plan and lose weight.

This 10 week course will give you the tools to overcome yo-yo dieting by applying the latest psychological tools based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT provides the most researched and evidence-based tools and methods which will transform how you approach weight loss.
